1.以餐饮部、前厅部、销售部高管为主,整合资源能力要强;
2.对于户外运动或者是专业机构能够对接好,利用与营地发展;
3.有酒店经验、懂得相关管理,以及户外活动的一些策划;
4.建立酒店机构设置,人员编制方案,同时制定酒店人员录用,审核,转正,晋升,奖惩等操作方案;
5.根据酒店经营需要,提出酒店中层以上管理人员的任免方案建议,拟定酒店人事政策,制定人力资源中长期开发管理工作;
6.有景区管理、景区活动策划、项目策划、市场策划、等相关经验;
7.独立完成对接项目策划案的经验并实施落地等,思维活跃。
