Learning & Development Manager will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in all training activities as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing training policies and procedures and conducting training programs for staff.
1. 学习与发展经理负责计划、管理、控制、协调及参与所有员工培训工作；并负责制订，完善并执行培训规章制度和程序以及管理员工的培训项目;

Establishes hotel orientation, training, developing and evaluating systems.
2. 确立新员工入店介绍培训，并进一步制订提高和评估培训体系。

 Maintains and updates Learning & Development record.
3. 管理和更新学习与发展记录。
 
Prepares and submits periodic Learning & Development reports.
4. 定期准备并提交学习与发展报告。
 
Prepares and furnishes annual Learning & Development plan.
5. 准备并提供年度学习与发展计划。
 
Establishes Learning & Development department budget.
6. 确定学习与发展部预算。
 
Coordination of monthly Learning & Development activities and schedule.
7. 协调每月学习与发展活动和日程安排。
 
Analyzes Learning & Development needs and recommends activities to meet the requirement.
8. 分析学习与发展需求，并根据需要提出学习与发展建议。
 
Plan, organize, implement, conduct and evaluate Learning & Development programs to the Learning & Development needs of the Company.
9. 制订并完善学习与发展规划，并结合酒店情况作评估。
 
Liaise with departments’ managers concerned in the implementation of on-the-job departmental Learning & Development.
10. 与各部门经理协调，完善员工的在岗学习与发展。
 
Monitor present and future Learning & Development trends, practices and system that is beneficial for hotel staff and recommends to the Human Recourses Director for implementation.
11. 注意学习与发展发展趋势，向人才文化总监建议作相应的调整，从而提高酒店员工素质。
