Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：

Logbook and reservation must be read at the beginning of each shit.
上班首先阅读记录本和查看预定信息。
Ensure customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting to their seats.
通过礼貌的迎接客人和及时地把客人引领到座位上来确保顾客的满意度。
Present menus, suggests beverage or daily specials.
展示菜单，推荐饮料或者当日特色。
Exhibits knowledge of all items on the menu and wine list.
具备菜单和酒单上的知识。
Taker order, repeat order for presentation to guest, replenishes water, make and pour coffee to the customers. Clean table throughout dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware, processes customer restaurant bills promptly and accurately.
为客人点单并确认菜单信息，制作咖啡，加水。清理桌面的餐盘、杯子和银器，快速和准确的为客人结账。
Clean tables, chairs and floor. Reset table quickly, polish silverware and fold linen.
清洁桌椅和地面，快速恢复台面，抛光餐具和折叠布草。
Acquire a working knowledge of store, in-house facilities and local information to respond to customer’s questions in these areas. Promote all other service the store provides.
要求熟悉门店和餐厅的环境、设施和当地的一些信息，准确回复客人的提出的问题。另外也可以推销门店的其他服务。
Inform supervisor/ manager of any customer dissatisfaction.
客人的不满要及时地汇报给主管/经理。
Adheres to store policies and procedures.
遵循门店规章制度和程序。
Attend work on time and as scheduled. Follow store grooming, hygiene and dress standards. Fill out sign in and sign out sheet, and have supervisor co-sign.
根据排班表准时上班，遵守门店的仪容仪表制度。上下班需填写签到签退表，并让主管签字认同。
 
Qualification：
任职资格：

High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
高中及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业。
1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
Open minded and out-going personality.
开朗及外向性格。
