岗位职责
1.部门文件的收发、建档工作。
2.根据部门的业务需要，草拟稿件、打印、编号并发送至店内外有关部门、单位或客户。
3.收集和剪辑新闻媒介提供的信息资料，并予保存。
4.做好本部门各销售市场的档案管理工作。
5.做好部门的例会记录、电话留言记录，并及时通知当事人员。
6.编制部门员工的每月考勤。
7.负责来访客人的接待，要求耐心、微笑、彬彬有礼。
任职资格
1.大专以上学历。有同星级酒店工作优先。
2.熟悉公关、新闻、广告及酒店知识。了解国家对新闻出版、广告等规定。 有一定的摄影专业知识。
3.有较强的文字功底和艺术鉴赏能力。
4.能用英语进行交谈，熟练使用电脑及上网操作
5.有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。有敬业精神及团队意识。
