1. 协助处理宾客的投诉和收集客户建议及喜好，及时销售酒店客房与其它产品服务。
2. 负责酒店内部宾客的服务，确保酒店为客户提供优质、及时性的服务，与客户建立良好的关系。
3. 检查当日预抵VIP房间礼遇配品及房间设施处于良好状态，并在大堂迎候宾客。
4. 检查宾客预抵、预离及团队情况。
5. 每班次拜访住店宾客不少于50%人，并做好信息反馈。
6. 每班次收集整理客户喜好及建议，销售集团会员卡。
7. 做好当日宾客生日礼遇工作，派送生日贺卡和小礼物。
8. 协助前厅处理宾客的投诉，确保宾客合理要求得到满足并将问题及时归档并反馈至酒店。
9. 征询客人在住期间的意见，及时了解客人的消费需求，并与相关部门协调沟通予以落实，确保客人的需求得以满足；
10. 及时准确的地了解酒店的产品知识、及当地旅游观光及商务信息等资料，以便随时向宾客提供问询服务；
11. 实行管家式服务，根据客人行程安排进行提醒、服务；
12. 按照公司规定为宾客提供增值服务。
13. 整理每日服务中个性化服务案例。
14. 积极参加公司组织的各项培训，提高自身素质与业务技能。
按时完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
