任职要求：
1、全面负责客服部工作，确保服务质量，了解客户需求，结合项目定位建立服务体系与各项标准，培养优秀的客服队伍；
2、有接待经验和技巧，笑容甜美，有亲和力，有较强服务意识；
3、具有3年以上住宅物业行业服务管理、前期项目介入经验。（参与过项目创优工作优先）
4、具有良好的组织、控制与沟通能力以及较强的社交能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件，公文写作能力佳；
6、24-45岁，大专以上学历，女身高4075px以上，男身高4375px以上，五官端正
