岗位职责
- 协助部门经理管理、监督与指导人力资源的日常工作；
- 协助部门经理训练、督导、考核属下员工达成工作绩效；
- 协助完成酒店员工年度工资福利及各类预算；
- 根据现有编制及营运发展需求，协调、统计各部门的人力需求，实现人力资源最优配置，协助各部门完成组织架构及人员调整工作；
- 统筹酒店招聘及人员安置工作，制定并实施酒店各项招聘计划，利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
- 建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系、开拓各类的招聘渠道。
岗位要求
1．本科或以上学历，从事酒店人力资源工作5年以上。
2．熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。
3．熟悉人力资源至少两个模块，拥有良好个性与领导魅力，督导技能娴熟。
4．具备英语听说读写能力。
5．管理类专业，接受过系统的人力资源管理理论培训。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练 粤语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：28岁以上
