岗位职责：
1、负责酒店销售部日常市场营销工作及行政管理，直接对总办负责，遵循酒店发展目标及各项管理制度的实施。
2、负责制订酒店及配套的公关宣传、对各区域市场及本地市场对外营销策略及方向、开拓各类客源的计划，以及制订部门市场发展计划实施。引导、组织公关宣传策划等活动、设计酒店对外最佳形象。
3、拟订酒店年度经营目标，策划年度营销计划及实施措施。
4、掌握行业动态信息，定期搜集其它竞争对手在各区域市场的发展趋势及经营状况，为酒店营销策略的制定与调整提供及时准确的信息保障。
5、根据市场、客户需求、竞争等因素，制定酒店目标市场和价格策略、折扣政策以及其他市场营销政策。
6、接待或陪同接待劳模及VIP客户，洽谈主要客户业务，走访并处理客户的主要函电，与主要客户保持并发展良好的业务关系。
7、搜集各类客户的意见并及时反馈酒店本部相关信息，结合宾客满意度调查，为酒店服务质量的不断改善提供参考依据，同时与相关部门协调整改；对长住客人以及部分重点公司、单位、旅行社、大型网络订房进行拜访，征求意见，保持密切的合作关系及人际关系。
8、建立客户档案，按计划巡访重点客户，进行市场调查，及时反馈市场信息。
9、及时掌握本地酒店、交通、旅游点的营业情况、本酒店各部门的营业情况。
10、根据总办的授权，代表酒店签订各类销售合同及协议。
11、审定本部门的销售协议，并负责报批。
12、做好每周工作计划与总结、培训工作、每月巡访工作计划。
负责完成上级领导分派的其他工作。
