餐饮总监任职要求:
1. 擅长中餐厅的运营管理,并通晓中、西餐烹饪和宴会知识包括厨房管理知识等。
Ability to manage the background in Chinese restaurant operation and management, in-depth of knowledge in Chinese, Western and banquet operations, possessing sound kitchen management experience.
2. 具有酒店预算管理知识,能够编制餐饮部预算。能够在预算规定的范围内开展各项具体活动。
Control labour and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit in the division and hotel.
3. 精通市场推销技巧,善于开展饮食产品、设施和范围等推销活动;具有设计、安排和实施销售活动的能力。
Proficient in F&B marketing skills, able to develop any new culinary products, facilities and other sales activities; Capable of the design, arrangement and implementation of any promotion activities.
4. 具有管理、指导、激励下属员工工作和评价员工工作表现的能力以及督促、开展部门员工培训的能力。
Ability to manage, guide and motivate employees and evaluate the performance of employees, able to carry out and supervise department staff training.
5. 善于同其他部门沟通与合作,具有解决部门财务、人事、工程设备、公共卫生等方面问题的能力。
The ability to work closely with other department, able to solve any department related problem such as finance, personnel, kitchen equipment, public health and other aspects of the problem.
6. 具有8年以上国际联号餐饮管理经验者优先。
Applicant who has 8 years or above of F&B operations and management experience in large scale catering operation or international hotel is more desirable.
