Position Summary职位概述

1.Responsible for normal function of all engineering equipments.
负责保障酒店所有的工程设施的正常运行。
2.Supervise and direct all engineering rebuilding,repairing and maintenance.
监督，指导酒店所有的工程改造，修缮，维修工作。
3.Establish and carry out relevant guidelines,policies and systems of engineering and energy sources management.
制定，贯彻执行有关工程和能源管理方面的工作方针，政策，规定和制度。
4.Establish the using period of equipments,renew the plan,and perfect all equipments to make them stay on high level.
制定酒店设施的使用周期，更新计划，保障酒店设施不断完善，处于高水平。
5.Make the decision of engineering staffs’promotion,demotion,translation and punishment.
决定工程部范围内人员的提升，降职，调动，处罚。
Work detail：
具体工作：
1.Establish all kinds of operation process of main equipment and insure the running of the equipment can meet hotel standard.
建立健全各种主要设备的运行和操作程序，确保整个工程部设备的运转遵循酒店的标准。
2.According to group’s requirements,establish and keep the all-round maintenance plan of all equipments and systems.
根据集团的要求，为酒店所有的设备和系统建立并保持一个全面的维修计划。
3.Make the building maintenance plan for all guestrooms and public areas.
为酒店所有的客房和公共区域制定建筑保养计划。
4.According to the requirement,cooperate and supervise special projects and employment of contractors.
根据要求协调监督特别项目和外包商的雇用。
5.Check the safety situation of the whole architecture and equipment systems at least one time a month.
至少每月检查一次整个建筑和设备系统的安全情况。
6.Establish,examine and approve all equipments’reconstruction plan for five year.
制定和审批所有设备的五年改建计划。
7.Insure the level of equipment maintenance can meet or exceed relevant standard.
保证酒店设备维护和保养的水平，达到或超过有关规定。
8.Edit the yearly schedule;examine and approve the item files.
编写年度计划，审报项目批件。
9.Establish annual budget and control the expenses.
制定年度预算，控制费用。
10.Follow and control all energy consumption(including water,electricity and natural gas)and try the best to supervise all the departments to save the energy.
跟踪，控制所有水，电，天然所的能源消耗，保证酒店所有部门最大限度节能。
11.Establish effective records and report systems of energies(including daily report,monthly report and yearly report),send them to the relevant departments on time.
制定有效的各种能耗记录和汇报制度（包括日报，月报，年报），及时向有关部门汇报。
12.Consider to use energy-saving equipment when update the equipment in order to save energy expense.
在更新设备的同时，要考虑使用节能设备，为酒店节约能源费用的开支。
