岗位职责
1.全面负责酒店计算机管理系统，确保系统正常运行；
2.负责与其他电脑使用部门之间的协调工作；
3.负责及时解决电脑系统中出现的故障和问题；
4.制定电脑室人员的岗位职责、管理条例及在酒店紧急状态下的应急措施等，督导属下人员认真执行；
5.检查酒店电脑系统数据备份，确保数据的安全和有效的保存；
6.设立酒店电脑系统的档案，并负责档案的管理；
7.掌握电脑业的发展动态，为酒店电脑系统的管理提出有效的建议。
岗位要求
1.熟知酒店各项电脑管理系统的原理；
2.具有较强的分析和解决专业问题的能力、预警能力和文字表达能力；
3.一定的组织管理协调能力。
