岗位职责
1.负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。
2.严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。
3.负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。
4.保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。
5.每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。
6.中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。
7.每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。
岗位要求
1.有同岗位经验者优先。
2.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。
3.掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。
4.有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
5.身体健康，精力充沛。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好
