岗位职责：
1. Medallia：每日/每周/每月趋势分析和报告，减少在性能监控和事件性能调查中遇到的缺陷。
2. 绩效监控（个人客人和活动管理）：提高个人客人的整体入住体验评分、活动管理的整体活动满意度评分和可接受的样本处置数据。
3. 绩效研究：与部门培训员合作，确保遵守部门核心和任务能力及标准。
4. 核心项目团队管理：促进核心项目团队，确保使用质量工具，并向酒店管理层报告/更新团队状态。
5. 质量改进沟通委员会：确保定期更新所有QI计划。
6. 管理消费者评论网站（如美团网、携程网），确保所有缺陷数据都输入GReAT，并在内部发布或认可正面故事。
7. 定期分析工作流程，对选定部门进行周期时间研究，并根据观察结果建议运营变更。
8. 协助总经理处理相关工作。
