岗位职责
1.负责酒店倒班宿舍和更衣室的管理。
2.协助宿舍管理员就员工宿舍的住宿安排、环境卫生、人身财产安全、设施设备维修保养、仓库管理、能源核算上报进行管理。
3.协助员工活动的组织、协调、实施。
4.完成上级分配的其他工作安排。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历。
2.熟练使用办公软件。
3.有员工宿舍管理工作经验者优先。
4.有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力，有敬业精神及团队意识。
5.有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
