岗位职责
1. 全面负责宴会及会议统筹部门与酒店其他部门的协作。
2. 负责组织并指导部门的各项工作，确保团队为顾客提供高质量的服务。
3. 制定及实施宴会销售计划行动方案。
4. 跟进并分析业务信息及数据保证酒店宴会销售收益最大化。
5. 分析市场趋势，规划及执行实施方案以提高市场占有率。
6. 制定宴会销售预算，并积极实施计划，确保完成预算。
7. 确定部门目标和计划，指导和激发员工以实现部门目标。
岗位要求
1. 2年以上同等岗位工作经验。
2. 流畅英语口语、书写能力。3. 具有丰富的高档宴会组织及执行经验。
4. 较强的判断决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
5. 良好的业绩推动能力及团队管理能力。
6. 工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
语言能力：英语-良好
