岗位职责
1.准备配料并制作各种面包、蛋糕、甜点等食品。
2.负责原料的称量、准备及预处理工作，确保操作符合食品安全标准。
3.负责工作区域的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生清洁，保持工作区域整洁有序。4.按照标准配方和工艺流程执行操作，保证出品质量稳定。
5.学习并掌握各类西点制作技术，参与新产品研发的辅助工作。
6.接受上级的其他任务。
岗位要求

2.了解酒店饼房工作规范和要求。
