岗位职责：
1.协助行政管家/楼层经理组织和管理楼层的清洁维护工作。
2.管理分配的房间，确保日常清洁和打扫符合公司标准。
3.检查预抵VIP的客房，检查所在楼层、工作间及其他日常活动的区域。
4.保证执行客房及楼道的定期检修和定期清洁计划。
5.检查客用布草的清洁度及客用物品的储备情况。
6.保证所负责楼层房间的清洁度符合标准，认真执行定期清洁计划。
岗位要求：
1.客房楼层服务经验3年及以上，同等岗位经验1年及以上，国际联号工作经验者优先。2.熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
3.能够流利书写并操作办公软件。
4.良好的沟通能力，较强的服务意识和责任感。
5.具有组织协调能力、应变能力。
