岗位职责
1.熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供实时、准确的房况信息。
2.落实”预订未到宾客“的名单和每日团队取消情况。
3.为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。
4.管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。
5.根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。6.实施宾客意见调查问卷，提高部门服务质量。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上。2.良好的中英文书写及口语表达。
3.熟悉使用Opera和相关预订系统。
4.具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够实现酒店客房预订率目标。
5.具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。
6.具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。
7.能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。
