Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible in securing and maximizing all sales opportunities from determined market segments to achieve department goals and objectives.
2. Assist in the development of sales and promotional marketing plan.
3. Actively source new accounts and develop existing accounts that will meet they yield objective of the property from these market segments.
4. Participate in developing/reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various marketing segments, based on market feedback and conditions.
5. Participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events within the property, the industry and customer organizations as necessary.
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 or more years of experience in leading hotel chain is preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
- Processes a track record of active commercial or leisure accounts that may be relevant to the serviced apartment or hotel’s market segments.
- Processes intermediate to advance levels of analytical skills and the ability to articulate the business.
