工作职责：
1、为公司各部门和所有员工提供专业化人力资源管理、咨询服务；
2、为公司各部门招聘、调配适宜的人员，具体负责中高层人员的招聘。
3、审核公司所有人员的劳动关系办理、管理情况；
4、审核缴纳、发放薪资福利情况；
5、协调处理工作中产生的劳资纠纷；
6、统筹员工的培训，使之具备岗位所需的知识和技能；
7、审核培训情况、培训奖惩等培训事项；
8、宣传、贯彻和执行公司总部/各部门人力资源管理方案、项目和政策；
9、审核各部门的组织结构设置和人员编制；
10、制定一系列的人力资源管理制度并监督各部门的执行情况，使公司拥有完善有效的人力资源政策和管理流程并确保有效实施；
11、总体控制人力成本，有效的节约成本；
12、绩效管理，建立一套行之有效的优胜劣汰的激励机制，处理有关绩效管理问题；
13、审核绩效考核情况，进行绩效考核结果分析，解答绩效考核相关问题等相关绩效管理问题；
岗位要求：
1、27-45岁以下有人力资源、管理或相关专业以上学历；男女不限
2、5年以上人力资源岗位相关工作经验，有两年以上在大型企业人力资源经理岗位工作经验者优先；
3、对人力资源管理制度熟悉并有独立做过薪资待遇策划等工作能力，能够很好的指导各个部门人力资源工作；
4、熟悉劳各个招聘渠道、动合同管理、薪资制度、用人机制、保险及福利待遇、培训等方面法律法规及政策。
