岗位职责
1、 着工作服准时上班；
2、 上岗前自我检查仪容仪表，配齐对客服务用品
3、 开班前会，了解当日VIP客情，接受仪容仪表检查；
4、 提供拉大门服务；
5、 仔细运送行李，确保不被碰撞，损坏，仔细点数，并获得客人确认或接受人的确认；
6、 礼貌地引领内、外宾到房间，并根据情况用正确，熟练的语言向客人介绍酒店的服务设施和客房设备；
7、 迅速地把进店团队、散客送进房间，绝不能把行李留在楼道内；
8、 及时收取离店团队、散客行李，并请客人确认；
9、 尽量使用客人姓名称呼客人；
10、为客提供邮件留言物品递送服务；
薪资待遇：
1.一日四次免费工作餐(含休息日)
2.提供4人间海景房（空调+网络+独立卫生间+独立阳台）
3.工资4000-10000元/月+五险一金
4.满一年享有带薪年假并每年报销来回探亲费用。
5.每三个月对优秀员工进行工资调定，并享有店龄费。

10.晋升为主管等基层管理员工将享受集团给予的工作用房（享有使用权），晋升为部门副经理将享受集团给予福利分配用房（享有买卖权）。
11.对于试用转正员工，集团每年定期组织酒店内员工进行学历再深造，报销员工成人高考的专科、本科一切学费。
