Job Summary/Purpose: 职责概要
- Organize engineering staff and control staff to correctly operate all M&E plant and equipment to suit the needs of the hotel.
组织和控制工程部员工正确地操作所有机电系统及设备，以满足酒店的需要。
- Applicable to the following major system:

1).Life safety system (fire safety);

2).Air conditioner & electrical systems;

4).Building (furniture & fixtures);

a)Painting;油漆；
b)Parts renewal & repairs;零件的更换和修理；
5).Kitchen & Laundry system;
厨房和洗衣房设备；
6).Vertical transportation;
垂直运输；
7).Boiler & steam system;
锅炉和蒸汽系统；
8).Extra low voltage (ELV) system;
超低压（ELV）系统；
9).Plumbing & drainage;
给排水系统；
10).Miscellaneous system;

- Ensure that staff training is in accordance with HR guidelines.
保证按人力资源部的指导方针进行员工培训。
- Prepare monthly training schedule for the department.
制订部门的月度培训计划。
- Order fuel for boilers & generators as applicable.
根据需要订购锅炉和发电机所需燃料。
- Order cooking gas for kitchen requirements as applicable.
根据需要订购厨房所需燃气。
- Monitor consumption, analyze & check invoices by suppliers & utility companies.
监督消耗情况，分析和检查供应商和公用事业公司的发票。
- Reduce energy consumption while taking into account guest comfort, and equipment operating life.
在降低能源消耗的同时要考虑到顾客的舒适以及设备的使用寿命。
- Create awareness.
使员工了解该计划。
- Conduct training for engineering and other departments.
对工程部和其它部门进行培训。
- Participate in the energy conservation & management committee.
参与能源节省及管理委员会。
- Prepare operating budgets.
准备运营预算。
岗位要求
- Oral and written fluency in local language;
能流利使用当地语言进行口语和书面沟通；
- Diploma in Engineering;
工程专业毕业文凭
- 4 years as Chief Engineering in an international class hotel;
四年的国际级酒店总工程师经验；
- Computer knowledge;
