To assist in the preparation, utilisation and update of an Annual Marketing Plan, broken down as necessary by division and/or department.
§  通过投入产出指数的分析来测量、解释、确定紧要次序并且评估行销企划活动的效果，并且在必要时调整行销企划策略
To measure, interpret, prioritise and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary.
§  开发并维持与媒体及其工作人员的积极联系，评估所有媒体要约和宣传
To develop and maintain active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluate all media solicitations and exposures.
§  协助监测所有当前国外和本地公众对酒店的态度和评述
To monitor all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in foreign and local media.
§  确保酒店对有关定位、促销、公司形象和其他活动的适当到位宣传
To ensure adequate targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programmes, corporate image building and other activities.
§  评估酒店对广告的需求和发布机会、对于和当地媒体合作进行的活动需事先征得营销总监和总经理的同意
To assess advertising needs and opportunities for the hotel and obtain initial approval of local media campaign proposals from the Director of Marketing and General Manager.

To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with HI’s brand standards.
§  推荐和提出行销企划建议、指导和执行非传统的促销活动，与信用卡公司、银行、百货商场、航空公司等外界合作伙伴合作，以支持广告和销售活动
To recommend and develop proposals and direct and implement below the line sales promotions, with external partners such as credit card companies, banks, department stores, airlines, etc. to support the advertising and sales campaigns.
§  与营销策略经理/市场分析师紧密合作，优化使用目标市场的信息，包括客人资料、行为习惯和行销企划计划的收益及评估。
To closely work with Marketing Manager – Strategy / Marketing Analyst to maximise use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behaviour, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.

To closely work together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.

To maintain a perpetual analysis of competitor’s marketing and communication activities in the local market.
§  协助营销总监保存精确并且更新的营销支出、未来的支出和年度剩余预算
To assist the Director of Marketing by maintaining accurate records of up to date marketing expenditures, future commitments and remaining budget for the year.
§  作为酒店网页的管理者，进行和酒店相关的宣传和广告
To serve as the Webmaster for hotel’s Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising.
§  注意关于社区、业界、政界和社会的各项可能影响酒店财务业绩的因素
To be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.
