主要职责 Key Responsible:

负责每天饼房的运作；
Responsible for the daily operation of the pastry
完成所有与饼房相关的工作；
Complete all tasks related to the pastry
控制、监测并领导整个饼房的运作；
Control , monitor and lead the operation of the entire pastry
身为厨师长，糕点师必须负责保证提供高质量的产品并对西点房进行运营和管理
This position is concerned with ensuring and maintain a high quality for all Pastry items and being responsible for organizing and supervising in the production and presentation of Pastry Section.
完全代表餐厅，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the restaurant, the brand and the Company.
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
依照立早领导者指导方针，根据客户喜好度协助其一起制作热门菜单，使客人花的钱物有所值。
Assists the Boss in developing popular menus offering guests value for money in accordance with Lìzǎo guidelines

Qualification 任职资历：

1. Srong pastry and bakery Skills
丰富的饼房和包房的技能
2. Good product and technical knowledge
良好的产品和专业知识
3. Good command in English (verbal &written)
很好的英文掌握能力(口语和书写)
4. Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment andable to train colleagues
广泛的知识包括厨房设备和能够培训员工
5. Working knowledge of mathematics
工作中数学方面的知识
6. PC and basic software knowledge
计算机基本的软件知识
7. Knowledge in HACCP
在食品安全体系方面的知识
8. College degree or above, proficient in English dialogue
熟悉制作，创新意识强。
9. At least 5 years' experience in the management of high-grade western meal pastry.
具有高档西餐饼房相关管理工作经验5年以上
10. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
11. Priority will be given to applicants who have "special skills" and can speak languages other than English and Chinese.
此外，拥有“特殊技能”及会说除中英两种语言以外特殊语种的申请者将被优先考虑。
12. Bachelor Degree or above the one with France education / overseas work experience background will be priority
本科学历或以上，有法国留学经历或海外工作经验者优先考虑
