1. 协助保安部经理确保整个酒店和员工公寓安全工作方面的平稳运转。
To assists the Security Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the security aspect of the entire Hotel and Associate Residence.
2. 确保部门日常工作会议部署的工作有效执行和实施。
Assists to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
3.持礼貌态度，有效妥善地解决所有住店客人和内部客人的投诉和要求，已确保问题达到满意地解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4. 负责检查各种安防、消防设备、安全设施及紧急安全装置。
Continuously monitors installed safety devices for emergency readiness.
5. 确保所有公共区域，餐厅，楼层，办公室，所有的客房和其他的区域的巡视工作，确保所有客人和酒店人员的舒适安全，留意可疑人员和邮件包裹。
Ensures patrol been carried out in all public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, plant rooms and all other areas of the hotel, ensuring safety, security and comfort of all guests, hotel personnel.  Ensures that all Security personnel look out for any suspicious loiterers or articles.
