Job Description主要职责﹣
根据集团发展战略目标，负责酒店项目业务拓展，包括项目初期洽谈、选择研究、定位规划等;
·        According to Group’s development strategy, responsible for project development, including initial project negotiation, selection research, positioning planning, etc.;
·        配合集团业务发展需要，搭建集团业务拓展体系和标准；
·        Set up the group business development system and standards to meet the needs of the Group project development;
·        定期获得有效市场信息（可跟踪项目信息、行业动态、政策法规等）
·        Regular access to effective market information (traceable project information, industry dynamics, policies and regulations, etc.)
·        制定可行的季度、年度项目拓展计划，不断提高集团的酒店市场份额；
·        Formulate feasible quarterly and annual project expansion plans to continuously improve the group's hotel market share;
·        按首席执行官的指示执行相关工作。
·        Carry out related work as directed by CEO.
·        和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求
·        Work with superior to plan and manage manpower needs
 
2.     Required Qualifications任职资格
·        大专及以上学历，酒店行业或房地产行业5年以上工作经验，拥有广泛的信息、人脉资源；
·        College degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in hotel or real estate industry, extensive information and network resources;
·        具备酒店管理、工程维修和物业法律知识等优先考虑；
·        Knowledge of hotel management, engineering maintenance and property law is priority;
·        具有代表集团，酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，和第三方交往的能力；
·        Ability to interact with customers and third parties on behalf of the group, hotel, brand and company;
·        具有较强的组织领导能力、沟通协调能力、突发事件处理能力；
·        Strong organizational leadership, communication and coordination skills, and ability to deal with emergencies;
·        具有较强的开拓能力和洞察力，善于发掘客户需求及项目机会；
·        Strong pioneering ability and insight, good at exploring customer needs and project opportunities;
·        良好的职业道德及操守，具有很强的法律意识及风险防控意识；
·        Good professional ethics, strong legal awareness and risk prevention and control awareness;
