1.Manage PA Attendant to complete daily regular cleaning task and schedule cleaing task for assigned area according to cleaning standard.

2.Ensure all amenity are replenished accordingly, all equipment and facility are working properly.

3.Knowledgeable for hotel product to provide accurate and efficient service,solve guest request.
掌握酒店产品知识,提供准确,高效的对客服务,解决客人需求。
4.Well communicate with other department supervisor to ensure smooth operation of public area
保持与各部门主管的沟通,确保所辖区域运作顺利。
5.Coaching and improving PA attendant performance, solving associate problem.
指导并改进员工工作表现, 解决员工问题。
6.Control all amenity consumption, ensure enough stock for operation.
控制所有物品消耗,确保足够存量运作。
7.Attend all meeting and training organized by hotel and department.
参与酒店及部门组织的各项会议及培训。
8.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Kaixuanmen Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s team member Handbook.
遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
9.Familiar with hotel security, first aid, fire and emergency procedures, and be able to use the equipment appropriately.
熟悉酒店安全,急救,消防和紧急情况的处理程序,并能正确的使用相关的设备。
10.Followed instruction from hotel management, taking appropriate action in case of emergency.
配合酒店管理部门在紧急情况下采取行动。
