岗位职责：
1.Oversee and direct all aspects of Housekeeping operation which including floors, public areas, Laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas.
监管和指导客房部的整体运营工作,包括楼层、公共区域、洗衣房和其它指定区域。
2. Supervise the above mentioned aeras ,take action promptly to all guest complaints and requests to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
管理和督导各部门的工作，对客人投诉和要求及时的做出回应，最大程度保证客人的满意度。
3.Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Director of Rooms to assist achieve the strategic goals that established.
向房务总监提供专业的支持和建议，以保证团队完成战略目标。
4. Complete and update annually Standards and Procedures for the Housekeeping Department. Ensure all of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance standard.
完成并且负责每年更新客房部标准作业程序，确保其完全符合集团品牌标准。
5.Assist in monitoring and controlling departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance inline with budget.
控制和分析部门的现行成本以确保与预算相符。
6.Prepare various monthly reports and annual budget as required by the Director of Rooms.
根据房务总监要求完成各类月度报表及部门年度预算。
岗位技能：
1.Good English in both oral and written。

2. Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.

3.Possess strong leadership, independent, committed and well-organized.

4. Be good at training and developing the team members.

6.Be expert of Office Software.
熟练操作办公软件。
7.At least 2 years same position experience in international luxury brand hotel.
至少两年国际奢华品牌酒店同等职位工作经验。
8.Bachelor degree and above.
本科及以上学历。
