岗位职责
1.协助前台经理做好日常接待工作，主持前台班次全面工作，创造良好的工作氛围。
2.参加部门例会，及时了解员工的思想动态并报部门经理,检查督导本部门员工的仪表仪容、组织纪律、礼貌用语及工作效率。
3.负责编制员工工作表，合理安排下属的工作，管理、调配本部门使用的各项消耗品，严格控制成本，及时传达上级的指示。
4.掌握预订情况和当天客情，根据当天到达及离店的房客名单，最大限度地销售即时客房。
5.检查负责本部门的安全、消防工作，负责安排重点宾客的接待工作和重要留言的落实、检查。
6.督导迎送服务，贯彻执行服务程序,督导问讯迎接服务的进行，满足客人合理的要求。
7.参与前厅接待工作，有效地解决客人投诉和本部门的有关问题，搞好与有关部门的协调及联系。
8.制定并组织实施培训计划，正确地评估下属工作，做好工作日记。
9.负责对部属员工的考核工作。
岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度，懂得英语。
2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
4.相貌端正，身体健康。
