【岗位职责】
1、负责冷菜间的日常运营管理，确保冷菜出品质量、卫生标准及食品安全符合酒店要求；
2、制定冷菜菜单，研发新菜品，定期更新菜品以提升顾客满意度；
3、监督冷菜制作流程，控制食材成本，合理规划原料采购与库存管理；
4、培训并指导冷菜厨师团队，提升团队专业技能与工作效率；
5、检查冷菜间设备运行状况，确保设备正常使用并维护良好；
6、严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度，确保操作环境符合相关法规要求；
7、与其他厨房部门协调配合，确保出菜效率与整体运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、具备2年以上冷菜制作或厨房管理经验，熟悉冷菜工艺及菜品创新；
2、精通冷菜制作技术，对食材特性、调味搭配有深刻理解；
3、具备较强的团队管理能力，能有效协调与培训团队成员；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应高强度工作环境；
5、年龄23-45岁，身体健康，无不良嗜好；
6、具备食品安全与卫生相关知识，持有相关证书者优先。
