【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店品牌形象的整体策划、推广与维护，制定并执行年度市场传讯及公关策略；
2、策划并组织线上线下公关活动、媒体发布会及品牌合作项目，提升酒店市场影响力；
3、管理酒店对外宣传内容，包括新闻稿、社交媒体、官网等渠道的文案撰写与审核；
4、维护与媒体、行业协会、合作伙伴的关系，拓展媒体资源并提升酒店曝光度；
5、监测行业动态及竞争对手动向，及时调整市场传讯策略以应对市场变化；
6、统筹危机公关处理，制定应急预案并主导执行，确保酒店声誉不受损害；
7、协调内部各部门资源，确保市场传讯活动与酒店整体运营目标一致。
【岗位要求】
1、具备优秀的品牌传播、公关策划及执行能力，熟悉酒店行业市场特点；
2、出色的文字功底与创意能力，能独立完成新闻稿、宣传文案等内容创作；
3、具备较强的媒体资源及人脉关系，熟悉传统媒体与新媒体运作模式；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效对接内外部合作伙伴；
5、抗压能力强，能灵活应对突发事件并妥善处理危机公关；
6、对市场趋势敏感，具备数据分析能力以优化传播效果；
7、有相关行业经验者优先，但欢迎对酒店业充满热情的新人加入。
