Administrative Responsibilities 行政职责
Ÿ Ensure that guest histories in PMS are accurate and personalized.
Ÿ Ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into PMS and is of the highest quality. Errors are kept to an absolute minimum.
Ÿ 确保酒店管理系统中的客史资料详细，准确。
Ÿ 负责将所有的预定资料准确地输入电脑系统中，尽量减少错误。
Technical Responsibilities 技术职责
Ÿ Ensure that every booking made by a travel agency contains the relevant travel agent name. This will ensure at all times travel agencies receive the correct commission on time, and the Hotel does not at any time forfeit revenue due to overpayment of unnecessary commission amounts.
Ÿ 要确保任何一个旅行社的预定都要有相关旅行社的名称。这样就可以使旅行社在任何时候都能及时地收到准确的确认信息，并且饭店也不会因为不必要的超额费用而蒙受损失。
Ÿ Responsible for ensuring that each new travel agency utilizing Pullman Guiyang must have all relevant information recorded on Travel Agency Master Form and passed to Reservation Manager for approval.
Ÿ 负责将每一个使用贵阳铂尔曼酒店新的旅行社的所有相关资料记录在新旅行社的总表上并且将其送预定经理进行确认。
Ÿ Responsible for ensuring that all reservation filing and correspondence is carried out on daily basis. Filing must be strictly monitored and filed in a way which ensures that all information is quickly on hand and easily located by all staff within Sales & Marketing.
Ÿ 负责编排所有的预定文件和执行日常通信。文件编排必须严格管理，以便市场销售部的员工要迅速地找到。
