岗位职责：
Job Description
1.完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务，保证酒店设施达标。 
1.Complete the tasks assigned to the work of distribution centers and the Office of the Engineering Department to ensure that the standard of hotel facilities.
2.有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。
2.Carry out the inspection work according with the plan. Up reporting immediately when the security risks or facility problems be found.
3.配合其他部门进行加工制作； 协助列出材料价格以便完成工作 
3.With other departments to manufacture ;assistance to the listed price of materials in order to complete the work.
4.保证酒店维修所需物品充足
4.ensure adequate hotel maintenance required items.

岗位要求：
Job Recuriments
1.至少3年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。 
1.Work experience of Building Maintenance or Interior decoration for 3 years or above.
2.掌握专业维修木器，油漆，墙纸，地板和石器技能。
2.Skilled in the repairs of  carpente，paiter，Wallpaper , flooring , and stoneware.
3.能够阅读图纸。
3.Able to read blueprints.
4.熟悉当地建筑条例。
4.Familiar with the local building regulations.
