To safeguard the financial integrity and stability of the hotel and minimize any exposure to potential risks. To prepare the daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks following the Policies & Procedures.
负责维护酒店现金流的完整性和稳定性,减少潜在的风险。准备每日银行存款,检查所有备用金,及时发现并解决问题，保证备用金按照政策程序执行

The job of General Cashier is executed satisfactorily when:
总出纳工作职责如下：
1.   Hotel Deposits are sent, intact, to the bank daily.
      酒店每日营业款安全取出，清点并被及时送存银行
2.   Reconciliation of cash transactions is performed daily.
      复核每天的现金交易
3.   Due Backs are prepared and issued daily.
      准备和发放每天的退款
4.   Responsible for balancing the GC safe daily.
      负责保证总出纳备用金的安全
5.   Responsible for retrieving and processing deposit envelopes from the safe.
      负责从保险柜获取每日存款信封并被处理
6.   Responsible for auditing the cashier daily deposits.
      负责审核收银员每日存款
7.   Responsible for preparing the daily Cash Report.
      负责准备每日现金报告
8.   Responsible for preparing the daily hotel deposit and sending it to the bank.
      负责准备酒店每日存款,并将其存到银行
9.   Responsible for preparing and issuing the cashiers due backs.
      负责准备和发放的收银员的退款
10.   Responsible for auditing, processing and issuing Petty Cash.
        负责审计、处理和发布零用现金
11.   Responsible for maintaining a log of all issued House Banks.
        负责记录备用金发放的所有日志
12.   Responsible for conducting House Bank audits on a regular basis.
        负责对备用金定期经行审计
13.   Responsible for performing any additional duties assigned by Management and assisting in other areas of Accounting as needed.
        负责执行管理层下发的额外工作并协助部门的其他工作
14.   Responsible for communicating with supervisor on any discrepancies in cash handling or other potential problems.
        负责与主管沟通所有现金差异的处理或其他潜在的问题
