1) 帮助客人提供所销售的食品和饮料产品的信息；
2) 协助收银员在不在岗的情况下，操作POS系统完成销售,处理折扣,退换货和无效交
3) 协助收银员结算每个班次的销售；
4) 始终使用符合M&R安全卫生标准程序来来妥善储存、准备、服务和清理食物和饮料；
5) 主动接收食品和饮料新库存并输入系统记录；
6) 协助定期盘点库存；
7) 协助定期进行的厨房设备的预防性维护；
8) 协助厨房设备和食物储藏区的定期深层清洁；
9) 协助保持餐饮和乐园区的清洁和完整有序的陈列；
10) 协助举办派对活动，并保持按照预定时间进行；
11) 被经过培训之后，在游玩区与会员及顾客安全地活动并玩耍；
12) 监控所有的乐园区：保持环境清洁，并确保所有的游戏元素都在安全及正常运转的状态，并将发现的安全隐患及时报告给主管；
13) 协助客人了解兑换奖品的选择；
14) 帮助客人查询点卡余额；
15) 帮助客人提供有关M&R俱乐部内的信息；
16) 积极开展与客人的联络以提高他们在M&R俱乐部的用户体验；
17) 在M&R俱乐部拥挤的状况下协助人流疏散；
18) 重新进货兑奖奖品和耗材；
19) 确保遵循M&R俱乐部的规定，安全标准和卫生要求；
20) 有应用灭火器和急救箱的知识；
21) 了解紧急情况和撤离程序；
22) 能够临时在乐园区，餐饮区和收银区交替工作；
23) 及时回应客人的需求；
24) 协助新员工的培训；
25) 及时完成分配的任务；
26) 执行上级经理指派的其他工作任务。
职位资格：
1） 一年以上餐饮服务、顾客服务的经验，有收银员经验或亲子行业经验者的优先考虑。
2） 运用良好的沟通交流能力面对客户及其他团队成员；
3） 有独立完成工作的能力；
4） 必须轮班当值，工时包括周末，假日及夜晚；
5） 在工作区域内应专注监控周围活动并服务客人；
6） 有能力应对工作环境的改变，处理多样工作需求，以及适应及处理意料之外的情况；
7） 具有表演热情，能够礼貌、得体且趣味地与客人互动

Restaurant Staff
Job Descriptions :
1. Explain the menu items in terms of preparation, ingredients and presentation.
2. Input the order into POS System if cashier is not present.Deal with discounts refund/return, and invalid transactions.
3. Assist cashier accounting after every shifts.
4. Properly storing, preparing, serving, cleansing food and drinks under the sanitary standards of Maggie & Rose all the time.
5. Renew stocks of food and beverage actively; input records into the system.
6. Assist periodic stocktaking.
7. Assist finishing periodic preventive maintenance work of kitchen facilities.
8. Assist finishing periodic deep cleansing of kitchen facilities and food pantries.
9. Maintain a clean and organized service area, including soft-play area.
10. Assist holding party events, ensure the event is on schedule.
11. After training, play with customers safely in soft-play area.
12. Oversee all gaming area:maintain cleanliness, make sure all the play equipment are safe and properly functioning. If aware of any security risk, report to superior immediately.
13. Assist customers knowing the reward options while exchanging reward.
14. Assist customers to check their remaining credits.
15. Provide Maggie & Rose internal information to customers.
16. Proactively contact with consumers in order to enhance their customer experiences at Maggie and Rose.
17. Ease the flow of the people if crowded.
18. Stock prizes redeemed and consumables.
19. Strictly conform to regulations, safety standards, and hygiene requirements of Maggie and Rose.
20. Possess the knowledge of fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
21. Understand emergency situation and evacuation procedures.
22. Able to alternatively work among playground, dining, checkout areas temporarily.
23. Reply the needs of customers immediately.
24. Assist new staff training.
25. Finish assigned job on time.
26. Implement other tasks arranged by the supervisor.
Job Qualification :
1. At least 1 year experience in dining services and customer service. First priority is given to whom with cashier experience or parent-child industry experience.
2. Active listening and effective communication skills for customers and other staffs.
3. Be able to work independently.
4. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekend, holiday, and night.
5. Serving and overseeing customers considerately in service area.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
7. Attentiveness and patience for customers.
