Post duties
1.督导会计部、成本控制部的业务操作。
1. supervise the operation of accounting department and cost control department.
2.起草各种管理制度，落实各有关制度。
2. drafting various management systems and implementing relevant systems.
3.协助财务总监编写年度财务预算。
3. assist CFO to prepare annual financial budget.
4.负责酒店的财产管理。
4. responsible for hotel property management.
5.检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性，向财务总监呈报会计报表。
5. check the timely and correctness of various financial reports, and submit the accounting statements to the chief financial officer.
6.检查各项税金的上缴，加强与财政部门的业务联系，协调外部关系，取得有关信息。
6. Check the payment of taxes, strengthen business contacts with financial departments, coordinate external relations and obtain relevant information.
7.配合各级外部审计查账工作，审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表，确保无误方可报出。

岗位要求
Post requirements
1.财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历，中级以上会计师职称。
1. Major in financial management, accounting, finance, junior college or above, intermediate or above.
2.具有X年以上财务负责人工作经验，5年以上5星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。
2. More than X years of experience in charge of finance, more than 5 years of experience in 5-star and above financial positions, familiar with hotel financial management model.
3.具有丰富的酒店财务管理、营运分析、成本控制的经验和技巧。
3. rich experience and skills in hotel financial management, operation analysis and cost control.
4.熟练运用会计电算化，熟练使用ERP财务软件。
4. skilled in accounting computerization, proficient in using ERP financial software.
5.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。

6.良好中英文书写和口头表达能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，对酒店忠诚度高。
