DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1. Supervise, co-ordinate and participate in purchasing activities and proceeding of food, beverages, general and engineering supplies, either locally or abroad.
监督、管理、协调酒店运营中食品饮料、用品和工程材料的境内外采购。
2. Co-ordinate with other departments concerning equipment and supplies needed; ensures that quality and quantity requirements are met at the lowest price possible, and deliveries are within target.
和其他部门协调相关设备用品的需求,并确保产品的质量和数量达到使用部门要求、保证低价,送货及时。
3. Maintain file of catalogues and descriptive literature on all hotel equipment and supplies.
建立良好的存档系统,收集并维护好产品的介绍、目录等相关资料。
4. Co-ordinate with Storekeeping Supervisor or Departmental Heads concerned to determine need to re-order based on adequacy of present stocks, experienced lead times and other prevailing supply situations.
根据适当的库存,交货期和其他特殊订货条件,协调好与仓库主管和其他部门主管的订货要求。
5. Communicate with present and prospective suppliers concerning new products, substitutes, discounts, reciprocal business or package deals, etc., for the hotel and discusses same with Departmental Heads concerned.
为酒店和相应部门的需求,同现有和未来供应商联系并协商关于新产品,替代品,折扣,互惠贸易或整批交易方面的问题。
6. Approve Purchase Requests basing on quotations or bids obtained in accordance with established procedures.
根据已建立的程序批转相关已提供报价单的采购申请单。
7. Initiate Purchase Orders based on approved Purchase Requests and forward same to the Financial Controller and the General Manager for approval.
根据已获得财务总监和总经理批准的采购申请单,制定采购订单。
8. Approve and issue Purchase Orders after final management approval.
批转和执行已最后批准的采购订单。
9. Countersign for C.O.D. items upon delivery.
签字确认需货到付款的采购申请。
10. Attend personally to or see to the proper handling of purchasing problems. such as,
Unavailability of standard items, late deliveries, poor service, sudden price increases,
etc.
正确处理好采购中发生的问题,如常用物品断货,迟送货,服务质量差,价格突涨。
11. Perform duties common to all Supervisors/Managers and other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.
认真执行所有主管/经理所交付的工作,包括总经理所交付的工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION任职要求
1. College degree and above, basic English ability.
大专以上学历,具有一定英语基础。
2. Operate computer system Excel and Word.
掌握电脑办公软件Excel, word。
3. Hold driving license.
持有汽车驾驶证。
4. At least 3 years and above experience in star rated hotels.
3年以上星级酒店采购工作经验。
