岗位描述：
1. 负责西餐厅、法餐厅营运工作的沟通与协调，经营数据的分析；
2. 保证西餐厅、法餐厅食物的品质与标准；
3. 负责西餐厅、法餐厅通过各种管理方法达成公司业绩目标及利润指标；
4. 做好员工的激励和培训，为客人提供优质服务；
5. 负责做好酒店的品牌宣传工作；
6. 熟悉餐饮行业现状和发展趋势及运营流程；
7. 5年以上同行业高档餐厅工作经验和管理经验
8. 熟练掌握office等办公软件；
9. 有带领团队工作的经验；
10. 大专及以上学历;
11. 英语听、说熟练;
12. 抗压能力强，具备强的沟通协调能力;
13. 有国外工作、学习、生活经历优先考虑。

2. Ensure Western restaurant, French restaurant food quality and standards；
3. Responsible for Achieve Inc's performance targets and profit indicators through various management methods；
4. Do a good job of motivating and training employees to provide good service to the guests；
5. Be responsible for the brand promotion of the hotel；
6. Familiar with the status quo, development trend and operation process of catering industry；
7. At least 5 years working experience and management experience in high-end restaurants in the same industry；
8. Proficient in office and other office software；
9. Experience as a team leader；
10. Junior college or above;
11. English listening, speaking proficiency;;
12. Strong resistance to compression, strong communication and coordination skills;
13. Foreign work, study, life experience preferred.
