As a Service Leader- Training，we rely on you to
作为一名培训主管，你的主要工作职责为：

 1. Assists the Training Manager in the preparation and implementation of all training programs.
2. Assists the Training Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.
3. Familiars with all the SOP and P&P of hotel and assists departmental trainers to plan and conduct on-the-job training.
4. Assists the Training Manager in checking that all departmental trainings in departments are conducted in a professional manner and according to instructions issued by the Training Manager.
5. Collects training needs from associates of departments and assists Departmental Trainers in to develop appropriate training plan.
6. Disseminate information regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs.
1、协助培训经理完成所有培训课程的准备和实施。
2、协助培训经理制定周/月培训计划，及准备月度培训报告。
3、熟悉酒店的所有标准运作程序和规章制度，协助部门培训员计划和实施在职培训。
4、协助培训经理检查是否所有部门培训以专业的方式实施，是否符合培训经理的指示和要求。
5、搜集酒店员工的培训需求，协助部门培训员制定培训计划。
6、向员工宣传各项培训活动以及特定的培训课程。

1. Min.1 years working experience as training manager in international 5-star hotel
2. Fluency in written and spoken English
3. Good intercommunication skills
4. Ability to work independently and under pressure
5. Good computer skills in relevant working system
6. University graduate;
7. Good Training skills & Presentation skills
1、1年以上国际五星级酒店相关工作经验
2、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
3、良好的沟通能力
4、独立工作以及能够承受压力的能力
5、良好的电脑操作技能
6、大学毕业；
7、培训技巧和演讲技巧
