 一、岗位要求

2.酒店洗衣房系统Hotel Laundry System
3.基本的英语口头及书写能力 Basic oral and written English skills
4.基本电脑操作技巧Basic computer skills
5.具有3年以上五星级酒店洗衣房经理工作经验With more than 3 years working experience in five - star hotel laundry Manager
6.缝纫机的操作知识Sewing machine operation
7.分类,缝纫、修补不同织物知识 Classification, knowledge of different fabrics in sewing and patching
8.熟悉酒店布草/制服房系统Hotel linen uniform system
二、岗位职责
1. 准备月度排班表，并保存员工考勤记录。
Prepare monthly schedule table, and save staff time and attendance records.
2.负责每月布草盘点，并递交行政管家以查阅。
Responsible for monthly linen inventory and submit the Executive Housekeeper to inspection.
3. 确保制服以及所有仓储物品充足供应，并保存完好。
Ensuring adequate supply uniforms and all storage items, and perfectly preserved.
4. 控制新员工制服、工鞋及长短袜的发放，并保存完好的记录。
Control issuance of length staff uniforms, shoes and socks and keep good records.
5. 监督每日制服和布草的发放及修补工作。
Oversight daily issuance of uniform and linen and repair work.
6. 检查所有收进的布草和制服的质量及数量是否符合要求。
Check all into linen and uniforms for the quality and quantity to meet requirements.
7. 对有污渍/破损的制服和布草进行分类和控制，决定补救的办法。必要时去除特别的污渍，或者进行报废。
The stains damage of uniforms and linen are classification and control, decision remedial approaches. If necessary special stains removal, or scrapped.
8. 对保存在仓库里的物品，如制服、工鞋、布草以及织物做准确的记录并随时更新。
To save items in the store, such as uniforms, shoes, linen and fabrics to make accurate records and update at any time.
9. 确保依照失物招领程序处理。
Ensure in accordance with the lost and found program.
10. 监督部门的工作运行情况。
Work supervision departments of the operation.
11.避免和调解抱怨，解决争端，约束员工遵守纪律。
Avoidance and conciliation complained that the settlement of disputes, constraint employee discipline
12.保证所有报告和服务都能按时完成。
Ensure that all reports and services are completed on time
13.遵守酒店安全制度，坚持紧急情况处理的规定和程序。
Comply with the hotel security system, adhere to the provisions of the emergency and procedure
14.遵守酒店的清洁和养护规定，维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
Compliance with the hotel's cleaning and maintenance requirements, maintaining height of working area clean and tidy
15.在上级指导下执行其它任务Perform other tasks under the guidance of the superior
