1. 负责客房日常管理工作，贯彻执行和传达上级布置的工作任务；
2. 负责管理公共区域的清理及绿化管理工作，保持公共区域卫生达标；
3. 第一时间处理客人遗失的物品，及时上报前厅和客房服务中心；
4. 处理客人的特殊要求及投诉，尽量满足客人需求；
5. 根据住房率合理安排下属员工工作班次，合理调配人力资源；
6. 及时掌握楼层房态信息，并将相关信息及时告知前厅部预订处，确保房间正常、及时出租；
7. 巡视客房及公共区域，检查清洁卫生状态及对客服务质量；
8. 与有关部门沟通，安排客房维修和临时性、周期性保养工作，并周期性检查；
9. 检测客房各类屋子的储存和消耗量，严格控制各种低能易耗的消耗，始终使其消耗保持在最低水平；
10. 每日认真检查员工的仪容仪表，个人卫生和出勤情况，强调服务程序及当日之重要事宜；
11. 安排并监督完成房间的大清洁和周期计划卫生工作，不断改进及提高房间的清洁标准、服务水平；
12. 合理安排员工的休息与轮班，及时编制排班表；
13. 定期做好下属人员的培训工作，评估其工作表现，保证提供优质规范的服务；
14. 参加部门例会，如实反映工作，积极提出合理化建议。
