岗位职责
1.确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。
2.确保所有员工遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
3.确保团队严格遵守时间，准备每周班表和考勤确认。
4.提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。
5.对于认可的员工实施培训课程，进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能力。
6.和厨师团队建立有效的沟通和友善的工作关系。
7.提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。
8.与会展中心的客人建立良好的关系，积极处理客人投诉。
9.运营时候处理所有的客人建议并且记录在部门日志上面。
