岗位职责

1. 负责厨房部设备的正确使用，保证酒店设备的正常运作；

2. 保证厨房设备的正常运作，力争最大限度的提高餐品销售率；

3. 执行部门成本控制管理制度及开源节流计划，保证成本在一个合理范围内；

4. 严格按有关规定维护、保养厨房设备及各种烹调设施，安全使用和妥当保管各种用具，出现故障及时报修；

5. 做好食品及生产操作的卫生工作，随时保持个人、工作岗位、设备用具、及包干区的卫生整洁；

6. 与其它外部单位、个人保持良好的沟通及协调；

岗位要求

1. 中专及以上学历，良好的语言交流能力；

2. 具有西厨房相关工作经验1年及以上；

3. 熟悉西厨操作流程，有一定的创新意识。
