【岗位职责】

1、负责餐饮部办公室之文件，信函之打印、收发及传送。

2、分类整理及保管餐饮部之各种档案，并确保其完整。

3、负责餐饮部各种会议之纪录及打印。

4、负责整理本部内分部门上呈之文件供给部门主管审阅。

5、处理收发到传真与发送。

6、接收来电/访、登记留言及时通知有关人员、在必要时按留言内容进行处理。

7、在各种定期会议前，为部门主管作有关之准备。

8、整理每月或每年之有关数据上呈部门主管及作有关计划及报告之编写准备。

9、按餐饮部日常工作及时提醒各有关人员，跟催有关工作及报告。

【岗位要求】

1、大专以上学历或具备文秘方面的专业知识。

2、懂得电脑操作，擅长PPT，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。

3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。

4、能用一门外语进行日常会话。

5、身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
