【岗位职责】
1、检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
2、带领并指导团队成员对库存物品和各种设备设施进行管理级盘点。
3、带领并指导团队成员摆台。
4、配合宴会经理及副经理协调宴会活动。
5、检查员工到岗情况。
6、帮助员工不断提高和发展。
7、问候客人，并和客人从头至尾沟通活动细节，且适时提出合理化建议。
8、工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整 洁。
9、告知所有团队成员有关活动细节。督促工作并按高标准执行
10、负责培训及督促所有员工参加培训活动。
11、能为各种活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备。
12、在活动开始前为宴会成员分配工作。
13、能够高效完成所有正当活动需求。
14、能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。
15、能够处理和准备临时工申请。
16、全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法。
【岗位要求】
1、有2年以上中餐厅/宴会厅领班或主管工作，独立性强；
2、服从领导的工作安排，积极主动；3、具备较好的团队意识和服务意识。
