岗位需求：
1.Making the sales plan according to the overall market strategy of the Department.
根据部门总体市场策略编制市场销售计划。
2. pay attention to the local market sources , and always response timely to the changes.
关注本地市场资源，对其变化并做出及时应对。
3.Establish and maintain strong relationship with the established client and constantly explores into new business.
建立并维持良好的客户关系并且不断的开发新的生意。
4.Be familiar with competitors by conducts extensive competitor research.
进行广泛的市场竞争调查，熟悉竞争对手的情况。
 5.Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and can explain the unique selling proposition clearly.
熟悉酒店产品知识，能够清楚阐述酒店的独特卖点。
6.Assist to establish and manage customer profile to keep the  completeness and correctness of it.
协助建立及管理本市场客户档案以保持其完整性和准确性。
7.Be able to analysis the market and making forecast accordingly, give reasonable suggestions to sales director.
能够准确分析市场情况并作出预测，给与销售总监合理的建议。

岗位要求：
1.Good English in both oral and written.
 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
2.Strong language skills, ability to write market research reports, drafting, planning, summarizing and reporting.
较强的语言表达能力，具备撰写市场调研报告，起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
3.at least 2 years at same position in international luxury brand hotel.
 拥有2年相同职位国际奢华品牌酒店工作经验。
4.Bachelor degree and above.
  大学本科及以上学历。
