Implements all sales action plans related tohis/her market area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

以市场销售计划为指导,针对所在市场执行所有销售计划。

Establishes and maintains files on major activeaccounts within his/her market areas.

销售代表建立和维持存档中区域的主要客户。

Promotesand produces sales leads for other Hilton hotels.

可向客户引荐其他兄弟酒店。

Provides feedback to the Director of Banquet Sales& Catering/Banquet Sales Manager on changing marketing conditions,including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation,telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.

当市场变化时,销售代表通过直接拜访,电话销售,发送邮件的方式给他/她负责区域的客户,当市场有变化时提供反馈信息给宴会销售总监/宴会销售经理。

Arrangessites inspections of hotel.

带领客人参观酒店。

DisseminatesBanquet sales related information to other departments as appropriate.

适当的传播宴会销售部的信息给其他部门。

Attends all post-conference meetings, as required,arranged by the Meeting Services department and assists in the preparation ofpost-conference reports.

参与所有宴会会议筹备,并处理筹备工作及会议中发生的事件。

Performsall duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordancewith established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

在及时和高效率的一致方法上实施所有职责,根据酒店建立的政策方针上去达到酒店在市场的全部位置。

Establishesand maintains effective employee relations.

建立良好的工作关系。

Maintainsthe highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotelguests, clients, staff and employees.

Maintainsprofessional business confidentiality.

不向外泄漏任何的商业机密。

Performsrelated duties and special projects as assigned.
