职位概述Job Instruction
1、为客人提供快速热情的餐饮服务,根据设定的标准确保餐饮外观的质量。
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
2、遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
工作描述Job Description
1、按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
2、与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
3、与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
4、 参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
5、参加和参与计划好的培训课程。
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
6、正确处理客人的投诉。
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
7、按照酒店的规定存储餐饮存货。
Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
8、承担相关的职责和安排的特别项目。
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
9、所有客人账户按顺序编号,包括那些从其他出纳处收到或发给其他出纳的账单,以及废除和取消的账单。
Account for all guests in numerical sequence, including those received from and/or handled over to other cashiers as well as voided and/or cancelled checks
10、确保每班结束时总账,余款和计算机的总数等所有的账目平账。
Ensure that all work is balanced at the end of each shift and that the total, balances with the computer’s total
11、通告餐饮部上级领导在当班期间遇到的所有问题,并在餐厅日志上予以记录。在遇到紧急事件时,立即打电话给收入审计员,或在收入审计员缺席时联系值班经理。
Inform the Food and Beverage Superviser of any problems encountered during shift and also clearly document in the outlet’s log book. In urgent cases, call the Income Auditor immediately, or in the absence the Manager on Duty
