Job Description 岗位描述
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Guest Services Supervisor-Concierge is responsible to provide guest services , direction and leadership at the Concierge in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Hotel.
工作中你将负责提供始终如一高标准的、卓越的客户服务。礼宾部主管主要负责根据酒店的目标和服务质量标准为顾客提供服务的同时，协助完成礼宾部的各项工作。

 - Good appearance and disposition
   个人形象气质良好
- Be full of passion to the hotel industry
   对酒店行业充满热情
- Be able to have simple daily communication with foreigners
   能与外籍人士进行简单日常交流
- Good guest service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
   需要具备良好的服务态度、与人交流能力和人际交往能力
