1. Be responsible for the light-electricity system, such as broadcast sounds, event sounds, to operate normally and maintain. And take records in order to ensure hotel in function.
负责酒店弱电系统：广播音响、宴会音响等的正常运行和维护保养工作，并做好记录，保证酒店正常运作。
2. Set up the sounds for events, associate with event organizer to serve sounds, projectors, simultaneous translation system.
负责宴会活动的音响设备的设置，协助会议组织者做好会议所需的音响、投像、同声翻译等系统的服务工作。
3. Do regular checking before events, including lights, air-condition. Take records according to regulation in order to ensure events in process.
做到每次宴会开始前半小时例行巡检，包括灯光、空调等系统检查，按规定做好记录，确保宴会活动的顺利进行。
4. Be familiar with repair skills of electronic equipments, to solve the technique problems independently.
熟练掌握电子设备的检修技能，独立完成任职的技术问题的解决。
5. Obey the regulations about handing over shifts.
严格遵守交接班制度。
6. Take part in daily meeting which held by events sales.
参加宴会销售部的例行会议。
7. The staff should fill out records, as following:
任职人员应填写下列记录：
1) The form of prediction items for AV
音响设备预防性维护项目完成情况表
2) The checking list for event areas
团对宴会区域检查表
3) The refresh list for AV
音响设备清单更新表
4) The record for handing over shifts and the operation diary.

8. Accomplish job tasks assigned by Duty Engineer timely & properly.
服从当值班工程师和工程部办公室的工作安排，保质保量、按时完成各项任务。
9. Assist other work, shows activity and team-work sprites.
协助其他工种工作，发挥主观能动性和团队合作精神。
10. To take part in hotel training and position and train staffs.
积极参加酒店和岗位培训，以及对员工的培训工作。
11. To ensure equipments and ourselves safety, make efforts to create safe work surroundings. To clear any safe problems which damage customers and staffs’ safety and record it to Senior.
不仅要保证设备和自身的安全，还要努力为他人创造一个安全的工作环境。对任何可能危及客人和员工安全的苗子进行及时果断排除并报告上司。
